Description
The MT1422Bi-polar switch micropowerHall effect sensor IC is fabricated from mixed signal CMOS technology .It incorporates advanced chopper-stabilization techniques to provide and stable magnetic switch points. Internal Sleep/awake logic and push pull output saving power consumption, high sampling frequency and low power design balance the contradiction between the high speed application and battery power supply. |
